A Senior Practice Director with over 20 years of experience performing and managing Strategy, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Systems Development projects specializing in human resource/payroll and financial systems. Ken has an outstanding track record in the selling, managing and delivering of consulting services. Ken joined JGI in 1995 to develop and run an ADP-focused division called HR21. Phyllis Beasley - Senior Account Manager
Phyllis joined JGI/HR21 in 1999 and is responsible for business development, resource allocation and management, and client relationship management of the ADP National Account partnership. Phyllis came to JGI from Ceridian Corporation where she spent thirteen years managing the consulting sales organization for both Ceridian and Tesseract products and services. She has worked in a consulting or sales management capacity for another 10 years prior to Ceridian for Information Sciences, Inc. Phyllis’ experience and track record makes her of value to HR21 and its ADP relationship. She is seen as a knowledgeable and trusted partner and has built strong business relationships with the ADP National Accounts team.
