Ken Ridell - Vice President & Northeast Regional Manager
A Senior Practice Director with over 20 years of experience performing and managing Strategy, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Systems Development projects specializing in human resource/payroll and financial systems. Ken has an outstanding track record in the selling, managing and delivering of consulting services. Ken joined JGI in 1995 to develop and run an ADP-focused division called HR21. That division is one of JGI most successful practices, and today HR21 is one of ADP’s Premier Service Partners.

Phyllis Beasley - Midwest Regional Manager (and CA & AZ)
Phyllis joined JGI/HR21 in 1999 and is responsible for business development, resource allocation and management, and client relationship management in the Midwest geography (as well as CA & AZ) of the ADP National Account partnership. Phyllis came to JGI from Ceridian Corporation where she spent thirteen years managing the consulting sales organization for both Ceridian and Tesseract products and services. She has worked in a consulting or sales management capacity for another 10 years prior to Ceridian for Information Sciences, Inc. Phyllis’ experience and track record makes her of value to HR21 and its ADP relationship. She is seen as a knowledgeable and trusted partner and has built strong business relationships with the ADP National Accounts team.

Ken Moretti - Southeast and West Coast (exluding CA & AZ) Regional Manager
Ken joined JGI/HR21 in 1997 and is responsible for business development, resource allocation and assignment, and client relationship management in the Southeast and West Coast (excluding CA & AZ) geography of the ADP National Account partnership mirroring the Alpharetta NSC. Ken came to JGI from Coopers & Lybrand Professional Consulting where he spent nine years managing large-scale Payroll/HR and Financial Systems projects for Fortune 500 companies. He has worked in a financial and/or customer service management capacity for another 10 years prior to C&L in various corporate settings. Ken is of value to HR21 and its ADP relationship for his knowledge of sales & marketing, quality consulting delivery, the HR/Benefits/Payroll functions, and the ADP strategy for sustaining client relationships in the geography. Ken holds an MBA in Management Accounting from Fordham University and a Post Masters Degree in Information Systems.
