HR21 was founded in 1994 as a wholly owned division of JGI (www.JGInfo.com). HR21's sole focus over the past 13 years has been as an ADP Implementation & Services Partner. In 2004, HR21 expanded our relationship with ADP by signing an agreement with ADP's Major Accounts Division to provide consulting services to this market.
